Slow-cooked BBQ Pork Sandwiches

1 (3-4 lb) Pork Roast (Pork butt)
1 bottle bbq sauce
salt, pepper to taste

Buns, bread or sandwich rolls

Place pork roast in crockpot and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Fill with enough water to cover. Cook on low overnight or on high for 6-7 hours. Remove roast from crockpot. Pour off water. Pull or cut roast apart, and place back in crockpot. Pour in one bottle of bbq sauce and stir till well-blended. Let cook till heated through. Serve on buns, bread or rolls, and as-is, or add toppings such as onion, green pepper, or any toppings you desire. This will be very tender, and it is sooooo good! I usually serve mine with big buns or rolls, and with chips and a salad. Enjoy!
