Taco Soup

1 lb. hamburger, browned and drained
salt, pepper, garlic salt to taste
1/2 chopped onion
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 can kidney beans
1 can rotel (or off brand) tomatoes
1 can chili no beans
1 lb. Velveeta or other type cheese block

It may sound gross, but it's great! My family asks for it alot. Mix all. Simmer till heated through and cheese melts. Serve with: Fritos, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, salsa or hot sauce to top with...If you're making this for several you may want to double or even triple depending upon size of crowd. I double it for us on Sundays. Enjoy!
