Raspberry Jello Salad

This recipe was one that Brian's Grandma Eva Pielstick used to make. We miss her so much!

1 cup hot water
1 (3 oz) box raspberry jello
1 cup applesauce
1 (10 oz) box frozen raspberries, completely thawed

Dissolve jello in hot water and add apple sauce and raspberries. Put in 9x9" pan and chill.

Topping:
1 cup sour cream
2 cups miniature marshmallows

Mix topping ingredients and spread on firm jello.

  2. Awesome! Did she already have this recipe then? I seem to remember Grandma making this but I haven't yet. It's on my to-do list though, for sure! LOL!
